How long do the Illustrations take?
Regular completion
time is 2-4 weeks depending on amount of current orders. Rush ordering
is available with a fee, please contact me immediately so I can accommodate you.
Shipping: Cost? How? When?
Free shipping! All orders are shipped upon completion. I ship using USPS and it will take about 2-7 days to arrive (this does not apply to rush orders).
What about Refunds and Exchanges?
I am positive that you will be pleased
with your purchase. These illustrations are not meant to be an exact
portrait but more of a fashion illustration. They are an
artistic interpretation of your item that contribute to the
individuality and uniqueness of your one of a kind piece. I strive to
make the customer happy and I'm confident that I will do so. I do not
issue refunds or exchanges unless your item is damaged.
Will you do Custom/Commissioned artwork for something that is not listed in your shop?
